About Vindex
Vindex is a legal AI workspace built by Adade Group Ltd for litigants, small businesses and anyone fighting a legal matter without a solicitor on retainer — the underdogs.
It grew out of real cases: challenging parking and traffic penalties, disputing utility bills, responding to court claims and enforcement action. The tools inside it are the ones that work — document analysis, structured critique, drafting, research, and a voice assistant you can actually use hands-free, including in live situations like a doorstep visit or a meeting.

Upload court forms, contracts, letters and evidence. Vindex extracts the text, organises it into case folders, and explains it in plain language.

Adversarial analysis of claims and demands — procedural defects, weak points, and the arguments available to you, in plain terms.

Witness statements, application notices (N244), claims (N1), letters and reply packs — generated, then editable before anything leaves.
Talks to you
Voice control, narration, dictation and ambient session modes — case prep, doorstep and conference — that listen, coach and transcribe.

Grounded search over statutes, case law and official sources, plus community-reported outcomes for the bodies you're up against.

Built for England & Wales and Scotland, with support for Ghanaian law — detectable per case so UK assumptions never leak into a foreign matter.
How it's built
Vindex runs on servers we operate. AI analysis uses a choice of external engines (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) plus local models on our own hardware — you pick the engine per request. Your documents stay yours; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is held and who touches it, and the Terms for the service contract.
Honest scope: Vindex is software, not a law firm. It helps you understand, organise and respond — it does not replace a qualified lawyer where your matter needs one.
